Showing off for cousins on Skype tonight. He jumped off the counter (all the while Daddy is telling him to NOT jump off the counter) and he banged his head into the knob of a cabinet door. 

Awesome.

 It was more of a puncture wound than a cut, so he didn't need stitches. Gotta love the mind of a 5 year old.--Invincible!

backyard camping

I have the best husband in the world. He took our boys camping for Labor Day weekend....in our backyard. They loved it!!! 

I was not impressed when I saw this photo. He took the boys for a nature "hike" in the neighborhood as part of their camping weekend. WHAT ARE THEY WEARING?!!?!

no school

BEnson didn't have school today and Josh worked from home, so they went on an adventure this morning while Cason and I slept in!

Then, they walked over to the farm and hung out with the horses for a bit. What a fun morning adventure!

2nd week of school

He's loving school! One week in and it seems to still be fun!

Campton United

Benson had his first soccer game yesterday for Campton United Club. It was a bit rainy so the game was moved inside, but he seemed to have a lot of fun and he even scored a goal!!!

farm fresh eggs!

Our local farm, Primrose, is the COOLEST place on earth for littte kids (and Josh). SO, after Benson's soccer game this morning, they headed over to the farm to pick farm fresh eggs DIRECTLY from the hens! AWESOME! they had a blast and we have yummy fresh eggs!!!

THE great haircut 2014

Sorry that a couple of them are fuzzy. I had the wrong setting on my camera. This happened on Tuesday. It was time. A new school year was starting, Cason had a wad of gum in his hair, you know, things like that... The biggest reason we decided to do it was because their hair had finally reached 10 inches which made it long enough to be donated to LOCKS OF LOVE. 

Way to go, boys! You guys rock!!!
